What we collect, and why

The only form on the site is the contact form. When you use it, we receive your name, email address, business (if you give one), the topic and your message. We use these details only to answer your message.

If you write to us by email, phone or Instagram instead, we use the details you send us in the same way.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by sending the form, and our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us.

How long we keep it

Until your enquiry is resolved, and then for no longer than 12 months, unless we continue to work together, in which case we keep the details for as long as that relationship lasts.

Who receives it

We do not sell or share your data for marketing. It is handled by the provider that runs our website and our email, Hostinger International Ltd. If any data is processed outside the European Economic Area, this is done with the safeguards required by data protection law, such as standard contractual clauses.

Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It records your approximate location and device, and your IP address in shortened form. It is switched on only if you accept analytics cookies in the banner, and you can withdraw your choice at any time. Google LLC may process this data outside the EU under the safeguards required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Write to info@mwswines.com. If you feel your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
